We fix the tracking first, because bad data buys bad clicks

Smart Bidding learns from whatever you feed it. If a thank you page fires twice, or a newsletter signup counts the same as a sale, the algorithm will happily spend your budget chasing the wrong thing. Nine accounts out of ten come to us with something broken here, so it is where we start.

  • Every conversion action checked. Duplicates removed, values assigned properly and the primary action set to whatever actually pays your wages.
  • Enhanced conversions switched on. First party data sent back to Google so the reporting still holds up as cookies keep disappearing.
  • Offline sales fed back in. If the deal closes on the phone or weeks later in your CRM, bidding should know about it rather than optimising for form fills.
  • One source of truth. Ads, Analytics and your own back end reconciled, so nobody wastes a meeting arguing about which number is right.

PPC management services that spend more where it already works

Automation decides a lot inside Google Ads now, but it still does what you tell it. Our job is to keep feeding budget toward the searches that turn into customers and quietly starve the ones that do not. That happens in the search terms report, every week, not once a quarter.

  • Search terms read by a human. Every week, with negatives added before the wasted spend turns into a line on your invoice.
  • Structure that gives bidding room. Enough volume in each campaign for Smart Bidding to learn, without your own campaigns bidding against each other.
  • Performance Max kept honest. Asset groups split properly, brand traffic separated out, and reporting scripts that show what is actually happening inside the black box.
  • Budget follows the winners. Spend moved toward what converts and pulled from what does not, in weeks rather than at the end of the quarter.

Ecommerce PPC services where the product feed does the heavy lifting

In Shopping and Performance Max, your feed is the campaign. Titles, images, attributes and stock levels decide which searches you show up for, long before anyone touches a bid. Most stores are running a feed their platform generated by default, and it shows in the numbers.

  • Titles rewritten to match searches. Brand, product type, size and colour ordered the way people actually type them, which is the cheapest win in most accounts.
  • Disapprovals cleared quickly. Missing GTINs, shipping mismatches and policy flags fixed at the source instead of sitting in Merchant Center losing you impressions.
  • Margin built into bidding. Your best sellers and your most profitable products are rarely the same list, and your budget should follow the second one.
  • Seasonality planned in advance. Budgets and feed priorities set before your peak arrives, not adjusted halfway through it when the competition has already bid up the auction.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long before the account starts performing?

Wasted spend usually comes down inside the first fortnight, because that is a matter of negatives and structure. Cost per conversion takes longer, since Smart Bidding needs roughly four to six weeks of clean data before it settles.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do, always. We work inside your account through manager access rather than running you through ours. If we ever part ways, the account, the history and the learnings stay with you.

What is the minimum ad spend you work with?

There is no fixed floor, but below roughly a thousand a month there is rarely enough data for bidding to learn from, and management fees start eating the budget. We will tell you honestly if paid search is not the right channel for you yet.

Do you handle Performance Max and Shopping as well as Search?

Yes, and we treat them as one account rather than separate projects. For ecommerce that usually means the product feed gets as much attention as the campaigns, since the feed decides which searches you show up for.

How are your fees structured?

A flat monthly fee based on account size and complexity, agreed before we start. We avoid percentage of spend, because it rewards an agency for spending more of your money rather than spending it well.

What is included in monthly reporting?

Conversions, cost per conversion, return on ad spend and impression share, alongside a plain summary of what we changed this month and what we are testing next. No fifty page deck nobody reads.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We ask for three months, since the first few weeks go into fixing tracking and structure before performance settles. After that it is month to month with no lock-in.
